Frequently Asked Questions About 111lj

Looking for a quick answer? Browse the sections below to find everything you need — from creating your account to cashing out your winnings in PHP.

Account

Head to the Register page and fill in your details — mobile number, preferred username, and password. You'll receive an OTP on your registered number to verify your account. Once verified, you can log in straight away and start exploring the platform.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on 111lj. This applies to all players in the Philippines. Age verification may be required at any point, particularly before your first withdrawal. Please play responsibly and within your means.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts may be suspended. If you've lost access to your existing account, visit the Login page to recover it, or contact our support team for assistance.

After logging in, go to your account settings to update details such as your mobile number or email address. Some changes — like your registered name — may require supporting documents for identity verification. Contact support if you need help with a specific update.

Deposits

111lj accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as Philippine online banking and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as funding methods.

Most deposits via e-wallet or online banking reflect almost instantly. Bank transfers may take a little longer depending on your bank's processing times. If your deposit hasn't appeared after a reasonable wait, contact support and provide your transaction reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method you use. Log in to your account and check the deposit section for the most up-to-date limits. All amounts are displayed in Philippine Peso (₱).

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and head to the Withdrawal page. Choose your preferred payout method — GCash, Maya, or bank transfer — enter the amount in PHP, and submit your request. Make sure your account details are verified before requesting a withdrawal.

Processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash or Maya are generally faster than bank transfers. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer as your identity details are confirmed. You'll receive a notification once your withdrawal has been processed.

A pending withdrawal usually means it's still going through our review process or your account verification is incomplete. Common reasons include unverified ID, outstanding wagering requirements on a claimed bonus, or a mismatch in your registered details. Contact support with your request ID for a faster resolution.

111lj offers a wide range of games for Philippine players, including:
  • Slot Games — classic, video, and progressive jackpot slots
  • Live Casino — baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and more with real dealers
  • eBingo — online bingo rooms running throughout the day

Yes. 111lj is fully optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS devices. No app download is required — just open your browser, log in, and play. The layout and game experience adjust automatically to your screen size, whether you're on a smartphone or tablet.

The Bet section covers a broad range of sports popular with Filipino fans — basketball including PBA and NBA, boxing, football (local and international leagues), volleyball, and esports titles. Coverage extends to major international events as well. Check the Bet page for the latest markets and upcoming fixtures.

Security

Yes. All connections to 111lj are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, which means your data is secured in transit. Your financial details are handled with strict confidentiality and are never shared with third parties without your consent. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

OTP (One-Time Password) is a six-digit code sent to your registered mobile number each time you log in or perform a sensitive action like withdrawing funds. It adds a second layer of protection — even if someone else knows your password, they still can't access your account without the code on your phone.

Change your password immediately via the Login page and contact our support team. Provide as much detail as possible — such as the time you noticed the suspicious activity — so the team can investigate and secure your account promptly. Avoid using the same password on other platforms.

Responsible Gaming

Yes. 111lj supports responsible gaming and encourages all players to manage their activity mindfully. You can set personal limits on your account to help control spending and session time. Visit the Responsible Gaming page for guidance, self-assessment tools, and more information on how to game safely.

If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can request a temporary suspension or self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is a serious tool — once applied, it restricts access for the chosen period. We take these requests seriously and process them promptly.

Responsible gaming means treating online gaming as entertainment — not as a way to earn income or recover losses. Practically, it means:
  • Setting a budget before you start and sticking to it
  • Taking regular breaks and not playing when tired or stressed
  • Never chasing losses or betting more than you can afford
  • Keeping gaming separate from daily financial obligations
111lj is for players aged 21 and above. If gaming stops being fun, it's time to step back.
